Whole Batch Nutrition ("we", "us") prepares and delivers homemade meals in the Los Angeles area. This policy explains what information we collect when you use wholebatchnutrition.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number, company (optional) and delivery address.
- Sign in with Google: if you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use these only to create and sign in to your account. We do not access your Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data.
- Orders: the meals you choose, delivery dates, delivery instructions and any allergy or dietary notes you give us.
- Messages: information you send through our contact, callback or support forms, or by email.
- Payments: payments are handled by Square and, when offered, Affirm or Klarna. Your card details go directly to them. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use your information
- To prepare, deliver and support your orders and subscriptions.
- To manage your account, show your order history and receipts, and apply discounts such as our welcome code.
- To calculate sales tax from your delivery address.
- To reply to your questions and send order-related emails (for example, account confirmation and receipts).
- To keep our website secure and prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the service providers that run our business: Square (payments and receipts), Affirm and Klarna (pay-over-time, if you choose them), Supabase (secure account sign-in), Netlify (website hosting and forms), Google (if you use Sign in with Google), and address and sales-tax lookup services. We may also share information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open, and order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can update your details in your account at any time. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@wholebatchnutrition.com. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights.
Security
We use secure, encrypted connections and trusted providers to protect your information. No system is perfect, so please keep your password private.
Children
Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
